Great feeder and good value !!!

It cost about the same to buy it, so why waste your time and energy. better to buy it. just installed it in the corner of the chicken cage, to a metal pole. used zip ties and worked fine. now only need to mix up feed for the chicks every 4-5 days instead of twice per day. you can mix in the grit, herbs, feed and oyster shells, stir it up and then dump into the feeder. works good and easy to setup. plus this is basically weatherproof.

Ingenious design.

The chickens took to it right away and were able to get the feed easily. I hung one a little lower than the other, one at about head height and one at about chest height. The lower one, my chickens were able to scoop feed out with their beaks, but the higher one they were able to use just fine with NO spillage.
