About the float valve
The float Valve is vital for controlling water flowing. If there is air flowing besides the outlet after blowing the water inlet which shows that the float valve works well. Then you can adjust the float valve according your needs.
About the hose(included hose):
Please confirm there are a white rubber gaskets in the joints at the ends of the hose. It’s very important for white rubber gaskets to prevent leaking.
The size of the ends of the hose is 20mm/1/2 which is extremely common in the plumbing world for connecting threaded size swivel 1/2″ female hose .If the size of your garden hose is 3/4 you need a garden hose lead free adapter of 3/4 in FH×1/2 in MIP.
Modified Design-Curled Edge:

About Installation(without Screws)
The diameter of the installing holes is 1.1cm/0.43inch.With M10 screw you can mount this bowl to a wall. Screws are not included.
If you use it in a high-rise apartment please hooked this bowl up to the water inlet lower the Faucet because of the low water pressure.
Tips:
1,Please put the cover down when using it to prevent the dogs to bite the float valve.
2,There is a black rubber lip on the opposite side of float valve you can change the direction of the float valve according your waterpipe.
