Plug in the power, and the indicator light will turn on to indicate it’s powered on; the CAM indicator light stays on for 1 minute before turning off.

The blue indicator light shows the camera’s connection status, while the red light indicates the SD card status: Blue light flashing until off: Not connected to the internet. Blue light solid until off: Successfully connected to the internet. Red light flashing until off: SD card not inserted or damaged. Red light solid until off: SD card installed. It’s recommended to format the SD card on a computer before installation.

1.Power on and wait for the red and blue lights to turn off. 2.Open the CAMDUCK APP and click “Start.” After about 3 seconds, A dialog box will appear to add the device. 4.Enter your home Wi-Fi name and password, then click “OK.” 5.Wait about 1 minute as the connection percentage appears; real-time video will show once the app connects to the camera.

Use the blue prying tool to lift the cover plate on the back, revealing the memory card slot. Insert the SD card correctly according to the markings on the slot, and gently press down with the blue tool to ensure the card is securely in place and won’t fall out.

There are two reset methods, but this feature can only be used when the CAM is powered on: 1.Hardware reset using a toothpick. 2.Software reset via the app.

What do the red and blue lights mean when the machine is turned on?

Blinking red to off-no SD card;

The red light is on and off-SD card loaded;

Blue light flashing to off- no Internet connection;

The blue light stays on until it goes off- It’s online.

（Only displayed at the connection, no sound and no light working！）

Can’t use the mobile phone to monitor the picture in real time after going out?

1. Whether the phone has Internet;

2. Whether the WIFI network connected to CAM is normal;

3. Restart the machine and determine whether CAM is connected to the Internet.

4. If CAM is in use when the power suddenly power, restart the camera.

How to reset?

In the startup state, find factory Settings in APP Settings and click factory Settings, or press the “R” small round hole with a toothpick, and the red and blue indicator light will blink for 3 times, and the product will restore factory Settings.

“Camera no online?” or“Connect Timeout?”

Check whether the connected WiFi password is changed and the network is normal, check whether the mobile phone is connected to the Internet, and restart the device.

(If not, reset the product and reconfigure the network.)

“Connect Failed” or “Connect is off？”

WIFI signal is unstable; WIFI password is incorrect; The distance between mobile phone, CAM, WIFI is too far; Restore CAM to factory Settings, exit the APP, and try again in a few minutes.

(If that doesn’t work out, try another place with Internet.)
