SEAL-ONCE NANO is ideal for use on unfinished interior and exterior wood surfaces. It allows wood to age naturally without decay, and is a great investment to preserve old or new wood and extend its useful life. It is non-film forming and will not alter the natural beauty of the wood. NANO preserves the integrity of the wood by inhibiting rot, mold & mildew growth, and eliminates warping & cupping.

It can also be used as a wood stain and wood finish. When mixed with a full range of semi-transparent color tints to enhance the appearance & provide additional UV protection from sun rays. When using SEAL-ONCE NANO as a pre-stain or sanding sealer, the clear formula enhances the natural grain of the wood, allows for a smoother finish, more even color and easier application than oil-based wood sealers and stains. Unlike many top-coat wood and deck sealers sold today that trap moisture below the surface, NANO penetrates deep below the surface of wood. This creates a flexible, breathable barrier which allows water vapor to escape, helping prevent damage caused by water intrusion, such as rot, decay, mold & mildew growth, cracking & splitting. Typical sealers form a barrier on the surface of the wood, trapping moisture below the surface. As the water evaporates, it causes the surface coating and the substrate to crack and peel, leaving a broken surface that requires continued maintenance and is susceptible to additional damage. Quick & Easy Application

Apply first coat with a synthetic brush; pump-up garden sprayer; air-assisted; and/or airless sprayer. Use 15-17 tip and medium to coarse spray pattern. When spraying, always back brush for best results. Second coat can be applied once first coat has penetrated but is still damp. Second coat must be applied within one hour of applying first coat. For best results, apply in the shade and out of direct sunlight.

Available in 11 Tinted Wood Stain Colors

NANO wood sealer can be tinted for use as wood stain & wood finish in any of the 11 color tints available: Clear, Light Brown, Natural, Brown, Mahogany, Redwood, Bronze Cedar, Cedar, Black, Battleship Gray, Shale Gray & Cape Cod Gray. The tints are sold separately and when mixed with Clear, the tinted formula provides additional UV protection from harmful sun rays.

Surface Preparation & Coverage

Approximate coverage: 250-350 sq. ft./gallon per coat. Actual coverage will vary due to the porosity of the surface. All surfaces should be cleaned with SEAL-ONCE All Wood Cleaner before sealing for best penetration and performance. Remove all old coatings, dust, debris and loose material. Remove oil, grease, algae, grime, mill glaze and mold and mildew stains with appropriate cleaners.
