TREOUBLE SHOOTING STEPS:
In order to adjust the amount of food that comes through the ball there is a funnel in the middle that scoops up the food. The funnel can be turned to let more or less food through. Have them play around with it to get the desired amount of pellets to come through.
If the black dial is not turned fully sometimes the ball will not turn.
